Delivery

White Lilin delivers the product according to the buyer's choice and the rates set by the express mail. The buyer shall make the shipping expenses and the payment of the goods together, prior to receipt of the confirmation and delivery of the goods from White Lilin. The delivery price is included in the invoice. 

The average delivery time in Latvia and the Baltics is three to six working days, however, White Lilin reserves the right to deliver the goods within two calendar weeks based on the availability of the goods and the load of express mail. For shipments to countries outside the Baltics, the delivery time is between one to six weeks.

Return policy

The seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the buyer according to the buyer's order.

Order, delivery and payment:

The buyer shall order goods through this homepageindicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchasedThe buyer has the option to pay for the item by using the payment tools embedded in this online store or by paying the invoice which has been prepared and sent to the e-mail by the seller. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature. 

The seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 10 days of receipt of the payment for the goods by co-ordinating the delivery time with the buyer. 

In cases where the buyer has not paid and the seller has not received payment for the item within five calendar days of the date of the order, the seller cancels the order and invoice.

Right of refusal:

The buyer shall have the right to refuse from the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by sending the seller a letter of refusal. An attachment letter for refusal is sent to buyer's e-mail upon request. 

It is the duty of the buyer to return the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. Any expenses related to the return of the goods to the seller shall be borne by the buyer. 

The buyer has no right of refusal if: 

  • the goods are damaged or used;
  • the goods are made directly to the customer by individual order. 

The seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer's request for the return of the goods or the payment of compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of goods during use or by not following the instructions for use. This also applies in cases where the original packaging is lost or is significantly damaged.

Data processing:

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the seller can accept the buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legislation. By entering the information, the buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
